BREESI Bringing Renewable EnErgy to
Schools Initiative
Drumlin’s Educational Programme for Key Stage 2 Pupils
Teachers’ Guide
Welcome to these updated and expanded resources designed to inform and support educators in schools or elsewhere.
We hope that you will find information, insights and ideas here which will help to raise awareness and increase knowledge and understanding of renewables and their role in limiting the effects of climate change.
There is an urgent need to draw attention to this problem but also, importantly, to let new generations know that solutions to the problems exist and that the journey to a better outcome for us and the planet has already started in Northern Ireland.
The Guide content is provided in this easily accessible way to allow you to pick and choose what is most useful to you and to allow you to make changes to the Activity Sheets, if desired, to suit your audience.
