The contract to build the first three turbines was tendered by two companies before Christmas. The Drumlin board are to meet next week to decide which of the two bids to select as the preferred supplier, then detailed negotiations will start. The contract is due to be awarded by 1st of March, with turbines planned for commissioning by September 2013.
